We are well versed in Joint Venture arrangements between land owners, neighbours, capital partners, equity partners & serviceability partners. A Joint Venture arrangement to facilitate Property Development is also an excellent education process for junior Developers who are seeking an insulated, risk mitigated environment where you are surrounded by an experienced Development team.

Affirmo has cultivated a select pool of Investor & Capital Partners who share the same philosophy on creating wealth and making your money & assets work harder for you (and not the other way around!). We collaborate with our Investor Partners on Property Development projects via Joint Venture arrangements which can feature:
- Fixed rates of return EG 10%pa – 25%pa (low risk)
- Percentage based rates of return EG 30%-50% of Margin on Dev. Cost (medium risk)
- Short Term Investment EG 3-6 months
- Medium Term Investment EG 12-20 months
