9 Lot Subdivision

Affirmo’s latest acquisition was a 5,497m2 site in the suburb of Hemmant located approx 11km from the Brisbane CBD.

The site was acquired with a Development Approval already in place allowing creation of 9 new lots. Affirmo has completed a holistic Development Manager role and progressed the civil works designs through to Operational Works approval stage, created estate branding and sales campaigns for the new lots, sourced development finance, managed the civil works/construction phase & completed plan sealing & new title registration. The existing dwelling on the site was also retained and an extensive cosmetic renovation was undertaken during the subdivision time frame.
