Australian Navy Base Redevelopment Project
Project Value = $90m
Managing Contractor Role involving upgrade of base wide facilities within an environmentally sensitive marine area.
Project elements included heritage restoration of admin buildings, refurbishment of existing dormitories construction of new Armoury, Gymnasium/Pool, Fuel Storage Facilities, Fire Fighting/Damage Control Training, Foam Treatment Facilities, Power/Communications/Hydraulics/Fire Services infrastructure upgrades & Civil Works.
Contract suites utilised: Department of Defence Managing Contractor Contract (MCC), Major Works Subcontract (MASC), Design Services Contract (DSC). Executed as a National Code of Practice compliant project.
Commercial Office Fitout for Financial Agency
Project Value = $15m
Design & Construct Head Contractor role for a staged office strip out & refurbishment over 4 floors (approx 5000m2).
This project involved operating in a live commercial tower with occupied tenancies above/below construction floors, cutting of slab penetrations for install of new intertenancy staircase, fire engineering of 3 connected floors, Zone 2 Physical Security area’s & workplace leading AV Solutions.

Commercial Office Tower Repositioning Project
Project Value = $5m
Design & Construct Head Contractor role for the redevelopment of a commercial office tower asset to increase occupancy and public amenity.
The project involved demolition of the ground floor lift lobby and retail area’s, construction of new End of Trip facilities, refurbishment of live/operational lift lobby, construction of 4 new retail and F&B tenancies, laneway arbour structural steel installation and external landscaping as well as a full mechanical system upgrade.
