a favorable juncture of circumstances, a good chance for advancement or progress

We take a positive, extra, “glass half full”, expanded view on all that we do.

Affirmo originated from a lifestyle change that was based on experiencing a fuller life and being able to take full accountability & control of how our precious time on this earth is spent.

We believe all people should have the freedom to dream and progress towards their life goals however time requirements in the modern world do not always allow this to transpire.

Enter Affirmo founder
Henry Ledingham.

Henry’s background is founded on a Bachelor for Construction Management (UNSW) and having worked within the Commercial Construction Industry for 10 years.

Henry has work for several Tier 1 & 2 Builders and cut his teeth in the world of Project Management across NSW, ACT & QLD. Having delivered over $350 million of commercial projects during his Project Management career, Henry progressed to a Project Director role looking after a QLD Construction Division of 20 staff before founding Affirmo.

Henry brings to Affirmo his skills in Design & Risk Management, Cost Engineering, Constructability, Quantity Surveying, and Contract/Project Management. His passion for Real Estate & Property Investment sparked a desire to explore Property Development and combined with Henry’s Construction/Project Management background the first 6 Lot Subdivision was embarked upon……and the rest is History!
